Wet Dough Extrusion System:

  • Customize the system based on fryer capacity and belt width
  • System design for efficient feeding & consistent output
  • Available in single, double & triple head systems with different head sizes
  • Special product-based die designs
  • Motorized screw jack system used for setting up the head at the desired oil level
  • C-frame construction mounted on caster wheels for quick changeover of product dies
  • Connected with the pumping system using a food-grade flexible hose pipe for easy movement

Wet-Dough Fryer (Bhujia Fryer):

  • Submerge belt fryer with mounted flights to guide the product during frying
  • Independent take-out conveyor for product discharge
  • Oil flow & oil volume controlled by manual globe valves
  • Filtration system Drum type or belt type depending on application
  • Screw Jack lifting system for better access and Clean-in-place system
  • Integrated Oil Storage & transfer system
  • Optional Direct or indirect heating system of edible oil
  • Day tank/Holding tank along with Make-up oil tank option available
  • Options: Oil cooling system, oil management automation using mass flow meter, Wet Dough extrusion system with dies for Bhujia/Sev items.
